Matouk Bassiouny (“MB”) is delighted to announce that it has joined forces with SH-Avocats, a full-service Algerian law firm (member of the Bar of Algiers), forming Matouk Bassiouny in association with SH- Avocats.
The new Algiers office offers advisory services across MB’s four core regional practice groups: Corporate / M&A, Finance & Projects, Capital Markets and Dispute Resolution.
The MB Algeria team works seamlessly with the 170 lawyers based in the other MB offices across the MENA region in Cairo, Egypt (Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Matouk Bassiouny & Ibrahim) and Khartoum, Sudan (Matouk Bassiouny in association with AIH Law Firm).
The opening of the Algeria office marks another significant milestone in MB’s regional expansion and further strengthens MB’s position as the leading independent MENA law firm.
