    • Representation of Deutsche Bahn International Operations GmbH and Elsewedy Electric in connection with the operation and maintenance agreement entered into with the National Authority for Tunnels for Egypt’s first electric high-speed rail.
    • Representation of DP World Sokhna in connection with the USD 300 million financing for the purposes of refinancing existing facilities and funding capital expenditure in relation to the design, development, construction, supervision, operation, management, maintenance, insurance and repair of the container terminal and bulk cargo terminal project located at Basin 2 in the Ain Al Sokhna Port.
    • Representation of AD Ports Group, in connection with the negotiation of the Safaga port concession agreement as well as Memoranda of Understanding and Heads of Terms for future developments in East Port Said, Ain Al Sokhna, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, which are anticipated to include terminals for RoRo, cruise and multipurpose.
    • Representation of Actis and Mainstream Renewable in connection with the divestment of Lekela Egypt Wind Power BOO S.A.E. owning and operating a 252MW wind power plant located at Gulf of Suez in favour of Infinity Renewable Energy B.V.
    • Representation of Lekela Egypt Wind Power BOO S.A.E. in connection with the development, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a 252MW wind power plant located at the Gulf of Suez.
    • Representation of Groupe SEB in connection with the negotiation of a power purchase agreement, and related usufruct agreement, entered into with Infinity Power for the construction, operation and maintenance by Infinity Power of a rooftop solar power plant facility at Groupe SEB’s factory premises.
    • Representation of Red Sea Wind Energy S.A.E – a consortium comprised of ENGIE, Toyota, Tsusho, and Orascom Construction – in connection with the development, design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance of a 500MW wind power plant project located at Gulf of Suez.
    • Representation of Infinity 50 for Renewable Energy S.A.E. in connection with a USD 95 million and EGP equivalent of USD 35.18 million financing of a 50MW solar power plant extended by Bayerische Landesbank and Arab African International Bank, backed by Euler Hermes and PwC Deutsche Revision.
    • Representation of Alcazar Energy Egypt Solar 1 S.A.E. in connection with the financing of up to USD 60 million to finance the design development, financing construction, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a 50MW solar photovoltaic power plant under the Feed-in Tariff Programme (round 2).
    • Representation of the Export-Import Bank of China, Bank of China Ltd. Beijing branch and China Development Bank in relation to a USD 690,018,501 financing extended to the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company.

    • Representation of Dubai Aerospace in connection with a financing by the Export Import Bank of the United States of an acquisition of 2 Boeing 737-800 aircraft through a leasing structure.
