- Representation of Deutsche Bahn International Operations GmbH and Elsewedy Electric in connection with the operation and maintenance agreement entered into with the National Authority for Tunnels for Egypt’s first electric high-speed rail.
- Representation of DP World Sokhna in connection with the USD 300 million financing for the purposes of refinancing existing facilities and funding capital expenditure in relation to the design, development, construction, supervision, operation, management, maintenance, insurance and repair of the container terminal and bulk cargo terminal project located at Basin 2 in the Ain Al Sokhna Port.
