Mohamed is a counsel at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy, he is a member of the Litigation practice under the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has over seven years of extensive and diverse experience with an industry focus on telecommunications, real estate, international trading, construction, and employment in addition to dealing with numerous corporate and capital market disputes. He also has a resolute understanding of the enforcement of national judgments and foreign commercial awards in Egypt. He has represented leading industry giants across numerous sectors.

 

He has been admitted before the Egyptian Bar Association and is a holder of LL.M. in both public and criminal law since 2018. He practices both plaintiff and defendant work as well as settlement negotiations, in civil and commercial disputes.

 

He has amassed a successful record of accomplishments. He has developed a particular legal acumen in preparing the writs of cases, appeals, complaints, memos, legal claims, and pleadings in foregoing disputes. He is diligent in his dispensation of litigious legal services to his clients in relation to their ongoing disputes, while negotiating and drafting favorable dispute settlement agreements.

  • Representation and advising Hassan Allam Holding in its connection with the Financial Regulatory Rules.
  • Representation of Hassan Allam Constructions and Intecsa, Spanish Company, before the military prosecution and in civil compensation claims.
  • Representation and advising Orascom Constructions Industries (“OCI”) in executing an arbitral award with an amount exceeding EGP one billion.
  • Representing Etisalat Misr in a litigation dispute before the Egyptian Courts in connection with setting aside of an arbitral award with an amount exceeding EGP 290 million, that issued in favor of another provider.
  • Representation of Belton Company before the administrative court against FRA decision hereby Beltone was suspended from practicing its activities.
