Mohamed Abdel Fattah is a Partner at Matouk Bassiouny and heads the Capital Markets practice group. he has 17 years of experience acquiring an in-depth understanding and proficiency in the Capital Markets sector in Egypt. He has worked as lead counsel to the issuer and/or underwriter on all initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Egyptian Stock Exchange as of 2006. While being qualified to practice before the Cairo Court of Cassation, Egypt’s highest court. He was also the first to implement the listed shares price stabilization account. In 2018, Mohamed was registered as the first to register as the founding agent of companies in non-banking activities in Egypt by the Financial Regulatory Authority.

- Representation of Chimpe 1 Investment SPV RSC LTD, an entity affiliated with Chimera Investment LLC, in connection with the mandatory tender offer of a majority stake (56%) in Beltone Financial Holding SAE. Transaction value: EGP 384.8 million.
- Representation of Obour Land for Food Industries, as sole local counsel, in its initial public offering for a total valuation of EGP 774 million.
